Every point you lose
happens before
the shot breaks.

HOLDG and ZSHOT record the whole approach — hold pattern, aiming trace, trigger timing and follow-through — so you can see the mechanism behind a nine instead of guessing at it.

What the instrument measures

A score tells you the outcome. These tell you the cause.

Aiming trace

The full path of the muzzle through the approach, recorded at 1000 Hz and replayed against the target face at any speed.

Hold stability

Quantified wobble area in the last three seconds before release — the number that actually separates a 9.4 from a 10.4.

Trigger timing

Where the break falls inside your hold pattern, and how long you stayed in the ten ring before committing.

Follow-through

Muzzle behaviour after the shot breaks, so you can see recovery discipline rather than infer it from the score.

Coach reporting

Session exports a coach can read at a glance: group plots, shot-by-shot traces, and trend lines across training blocks.

Dry-fire capable

Full analysis without a single pellet. Train the mechanism at home, verify it on the range.

How a session works

  1. 01

    Mount and calibrate

Clamp the sensor to the barrel or rail and calibrate against your target distance. Two minutes, once per setup.

  2. 02

    Shoot your session

Live or dry-fire. The instrument records continuously and marks each shot break automatically — nothing to press mid-series.

  3. 03

    Read the mechanism

Review traces shot by shot, compare series, and export the session for your coach or your own training log.

Data is only half of it

We run coaching and calibration sessions for athletes and clubs who want help turning trace data into a training plan. Tell us what you're working on and we'll come back to you directly.
